Shipping & Returns

Shipping fees are not included for non EU orders. Packages are generally dispatched after receipt of payment within 2-3 working days for products in stock and within 5 weeks for made-to-order products. They are shipped by Colissimo Europe for all EU orders and Colissimo International for all orders outside the EU. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. You will receive an email informing you of the status of your order at every stage of its preparation.

Once it has shipped, if you wish to track your parcel, please email us at contact@owensavary.com and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on http://www.colissimo.fr/portail_colissimo/suivre.do?colispart=@

We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Please note, we only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased during our promotional markdowns. Returns are also only applicable to the pieces that are in stock, NOT made-to-order or customized bracelets and cuffs, unless the purchaser can prove that such items were received faulty or damaged. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.
